Unfortunately, there are no refunds or returns on any item.  If there is an issue with your order, please get in contact with us at craftygirlthings@yahoo.com.  Please note, orders can take between 3-14 business days to be made and shipped out.  However, we always do our best to get items made and shipped out as fast as possible.  Thank you so much for supporting this small business!
